You are a vibrational being living in a vibrational world. Everything that you experience is an interpretation of energetic vibrations. This is why the law of attraction works. Things do not come to you simply because you think about them. They come to you because you vibrate at the same resonance as them.
Your thoughts and emotions all vibrate at different frequencies and emanate out from you. Like attracts like. And so other things vibrating at that resonance come into your life. You can learn to tune into the frequencies that you desire. Happy thoughts attract more happy thoughts. Then you start to feel good and act accordingly. Then pleasant things come into your life. This helps you to think happy thoughts and before you know it you are regularly tuned to a high vibration of good feeling things. Of course, the opposite can also happen.
What is most interesting is that by the time you see a physical manifestation of your vibration, time has passed making it difficult to see the cause and effect. What is physically showing up in this moment is a reflection of your past thoughts and feelings. The way that you currently think and feel will arrive in future moments as new physical proof of your vibrational state. Therefore, if you focus too much on the current circumstances, you are allowing your past to shape your future.
The way that you interpret your current physical manifestations is through our physical senses. You experience life through touch, taste, smell, sight, and sound. That information is then interpreted by you and – based on your interpretation of it – effects your thoughts and feelings. Your senses are designed to pick up on the vibrational frequency of your surroundings. Your eyes see the light waves while your ears hear the sound waves. Even your fingers, nose, and tongue are interpreting vibrational information.
If your current manifestations are physical evidence of past vibrational resonance, then your physical experience and interpretation from your senses provide tangible feedback about whether or not you find your own state of being pleasant. With this understanding, you are empowered to make a choice.
You can either stay in tune with that which you do not enjoy by complaining about that bland food, that horrible stench, that loud racket, that eye sore, or that nagging pain. Or you can notice that feedback as evidence of your stinkin’ thinkin’ from the past and then look to something that you can appreciate in the moment. You can look for the overwhelming well-being that surrounds you rather than focusing on the vibration that you are not interested in resonating with. This simple choice can change your life experience one vibration at a time.
Deliberately focus your thoughts onto positive ideas and visions every day. Fantasize about things that make you feel the way you most want to feel. Spend time cultivating the feelings of happiness, ease, excitement, and abundance. Watch what happens as time unfolds – do you start to see evidence of your positive vibration showing up in your life?
