Begin practicing forgiveness throughout your day to dissolve the resistance that is keeping you from joy. Try using the Ho’oponopono prayer to move through blocks and release grievances and resentments. Think about the person or situation that needs forgiveness (it may be yourself) and say: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.” You may need to repeat it many times while picturing forgiveness being granted by both parties. This is a practice that can help restore peace within.
